  • 50-Minute Weekly Zoom Meetings — Taking subconscious thoughts, fears, and anxieties, and submitting them to your conscious desires 

  • A Hypnotherapy Guide — Which goes over easy actions to take before every session so you’re primed for transformation

  • Post-Reflection Exercises —Like podcasts, journaling exercises, affirmations, and resources to strengthen your progress between sessions 

  • 1  month, 3 Months, or 6 Months Options available —Because change doesn’t happen overnight.
    Extended support means greater breakthroughs

Here’s how we’ll open
your eyes to the unlimited power within you

  • Once we’ve established there’s a vibe, next we decide on the number of sessions and how long our engagement will be. You don’t go to a chiropractor once and expect to walk out 100% better, do you? The same thing applies here.

  • You’ll need to prep your mind and body to get the most out of each session, and I’ll share some tools to help. Remember: how well you prepare beforehand directly impacts our time together. I’ll show up, but you’ve got to meet me halfway.

  • One session is 15-20 minutes of talk therapy and 30 minutes of hypnotherapy. Every person’s experience is different. Some people even fall asleep and that’s fine. Hypno will still be at play while your subconscious processes what’s being spoken to you.

  • While everything’s still fresh in your mind, I’ll ask you to journal any visuals, shapes, colors you saw or feelings that came up. I’ll then share other resources that support our work. And you can text or email me until our next session.
